Friendly staff in the main. Very willing to help. It had the air of the marigold hotel management, and the longer we stayed the more comfortable we became.

There are stairs to all rooms, there is a lift, but it goes to between the floors with steps leading up or down from there. Breakfast is basic.

Staff are efficient and friendly.

Location was perfect, close by to main areas of interest.

First, I booked 2 rooms and I wanted them to be together since I have 3 children. Lady at front desk told me the rooms were in different floors that I needed to upgrade the second room but cannot downgrade. It took 20 minutes to get the room because thy were fixing the ac in one of the rooms. Second thing I did not like, I paid breakfast for both of the rooms during my stay, and on my fifth day, I ordered breakfast as usual, but the same lady continues to say break is only for 4 people not 5. I told her when I paid for both rooms I also included the breakfast for both rooms but then she said the hotel was given it to me complimentary for my child, at that point I decided to check out earlier because I was not going to have more of it. When the housekeeper clean the room they shut off the AC so after a long day of activities outside the last thing you want is the room to also be hot. At one point one of my children decides to shower and the water heater broke, they came fix it the next morning but it worked for 2 minutes and again stop working. Very limited choice of breakfast, I rather go elsewhere to get the breakfast. Most employees were very nice and friendly except the same lady that had a but for everything I asked. This hotel is more suitable for couples with no children or single traveler. No pool on location.
